Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in VDI, End User Computing, or Cloud PC engineering
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC
- 3+ years of experience with Citrix DaaS / Virtual Apps and Desktops
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Experience with Citrix Workspace, Citrix Cloud Connector, StoreFront, and Citrix Gateway
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Group Policy, and FSLogix
- Experience with Citrix Director, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and performance optimization
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience
- Experience supporting large-scale VDI/Cloud PC deployments
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and support enablement skill
Pay: $68.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
