Job description

• Lead software development teams to deliver critical capabilities within defined process constraints
• Design and implement complex algorithms adhering to strict timing, resource, and interface limits
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to derive software requirements and optimize system performance, * Oversee one or more software development teams and ensure work adheres to established software development processes
• Design and implement complex algorithms requiring adherence to strict timing, system resource, and interface constraints
• Perform quality control on software deliverables and team products
• Confer with system and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and identify project limitations, capabilities, and interfaces
• Coordinate software system installations and monitor equipment functioning to ensure operational specifications are satisfied
• Implement recommendations to enhance documentation standards and software development processes

Requirements

• Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Total Compensation: $335k+ yearly (tentative)
