Job description
- Accelerate our work by integrating advanced AI capabilities across our suite
- Accelerate the use of and evaluate the efficacy of AI coding tools across the team
- Implement both custom-built and vendor/COTS AI solutions, hands-on, from prototype through production
- Design and implement AI solutions for automated program accomplishment tracking and reporting, including intelligent classification systems and proactive knowledge management
- Implement generative AI (GenAI) with large language models (LLMs) and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) to deliver precise, data-driven responses
- Build an agentic framework enabling service ticket management, account administration, and intelligent journey orchestration
Requirements
Do you have experience in Quantitative research?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a data scientist in AI/ML with a proven track record of deploying production solutions required; 8+ years of experience as a data scientist in AI/ML with a proven track record of deploying production solutions preferred
- Strong AI/ML coding ability, with the capability to implement both custom and vendor-based solutions independently and use of AI coding tools
- Experience with generative AI (GenAI) using large language models (LLMs)
- Strong foundation in machine learning, statistical analysis, and experimental design with both quantitative and qualitative data
- Expertise in AI/ML cloud technologies (preferably on AWS, including Bedrock, Lambda, and SageMaker)
- Experience integrating AI solutions with legacy enterprise systems and orchestration platforms
- Familiarity with data engineering, ETL processes, data pipelines, and APIs

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
