Manager Support

We are looking for the right person to fill the role of Manager Support in our Adult Residential home located in Davis. Employees in this job provide care management for a caseload of 6 residents who have developmental and intellectual disabilities by supporting them with daily living skills, which may include hygiene support and their individual goals. This is not a desk job, but rather a balance of office tasks and working directly with residents and working with and supporting a team of staff.

Employees in this job also ensure all medications are available, ordered, maintained, and destroyed according to regulations; medical appointments are scheduled and attended and supporting documentation and communication is submitted to the Manager and other staff as necessary. Employees will also provide Manager support by auditing client financial statements and records and overseeing client loans. Employees are also considered supervisors to the DSP employees, and provide oversight.

We pay for the cost of these post offer requirements:

-Must have or be able to successfully complete First Aid/CPR;

Must pass Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) background clearance.

-Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment physical and TB test.

You also have:

-Some supervisory/leadership experience.

-Reliable transportation, Valid California Driver’s license and the ability to be insured by our insurance carrier is required.

-Must be 18 years of age or older.

-Have flexibility to be available to work days, evenings, holidays and weekends as required to meet the needs of the program.
