ServiceNow Developer

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods.
• Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance.
• Maintain documentation and support end users as needed.

• Active Secret clearance (TS preferred).
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Bachelor in computer science or related field.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure federal environments.
• Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC., * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, MID Server, and Discovery.
• Background supporting federal agencies or classified environments, * Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

• ServiceNow Developer: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• ServiceNow CAD (Preferred)
