Job description
- Partner closely with stakeholders to understand complex reporting requirements and create complex custom reports (matrix, composite, advanced etc.).
- Develop Prism solutions, reports, dashboards, and analytics to align with customer requirements.
- Responsible for Workday release testing as needed for reporting and PRISM.
- Possess a bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Serve as a Workday Prism expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas and in consideration of future product direction
- Provide support for any issues related to Reporting & Prism solutions.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation, and problem resolution.
- Analyse and translate business and functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications.
- Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR technology with at least 3 years of experience in Workday reporting and PRISM experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday calculated fields and business objects
- They need to be hands on and be effective to work independently.
- Someone with strong communication skills, work directly with business to finalize requirements.
- Need a resource that is experienced to ingest external data, design data models with transformations and publish data sources.
- Ideally, I like the Prism resource to be experience with Report Writer and BIRT development.
- Intermediate knowledge of Workday Security implications to Workday reporting
- Working knowledge with Atlassian products (Jira & Confluence) or similar project management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities.
- Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution.
