Staff Solution Builder

The Staff Solution Builder leads a product pod at Solovis, owning the roadmap and iterate-or-stop decisions from first-hand customer evidence (including prospects and lost deals) and making sure every spec is ready before it reaches engineering. They also run beta programs for new releases, coach Solution Builders and Associates in customer and commercial judgment, and set the standard for AI-native building by prototyping and shipping low-risk production changes with tools like Claude Code and Cursor., * Ground the pod roadmap in first-hand customer evidence, including evaluators, lost deals, and prospects, not only current customers

• Make iterate-or-stop decisions based on adoption data, with a results review completed within 90 days of each launch
• Ensure every spec handed to engineering passes the readiness check, with clear intent and non-goals
• Deliver beta customer programs and customer readiness for pod releases, including parity scoping for customers moving to the new platform
• Develop Solution Builders and Associate Solution Builders on the pod in customer and commercial judgment
• Build working prototypes and ship low-risk production changes with agentic tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent), working directly in the code repository and review workflow, and set the standard for AI-native building on the pod, * Actively leverages AI tools to drive personal and team productivity - not checkbox adoption, but genuine integration into daily workflows. Demonstrates curiosity and initiative in applying AI to pipeline management, forecasting, outreach, and decision-making. Sets the standard for the team by modeling what AI-native execution looks like in practice.

• Capability to guide and influence stakeholders and team members to achieve company goals, * Experience: 8 to 12 years in B2B SaaS product management, including leading or coaching other product people.
• 6+ months hands-on with agentic tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent), with working prototypes or shipped code and comfort in a code repo and review workflow.
• Signature qualification: Deep customer discovery, plus iterate-or-stop calls based on adoption data
• Domain: Investment management, fund administration, portfolio analytics, or financial data is a strong plus. The person should be able to speak credibly with an investment office within 3 months.
