Solutions Architect

• 15+ years of overall IT experience, including substantial responsibility for solution architecture and enterprise application delivery. \n

• Atleast 5 Years experience in MS Power Apps and Outsystems solution implementation \n

• Demonstrated experience leading complex implementations across multiple teams and technology platforms. \n

• Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, integration patterns, and cloud architecture. \n

• Ability to produce architecture diagrams, design documents, architecture decision records, estimates, and technical roadmaps. \n

• Experience in AI first Software Engineering methodologies and implementation of Agentic AI solutions \n, * Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect. \n

• Experience with source control, automated testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code. \n

• Working knowledge of SQL and relevant development technologies such as C#, .NET, or JavaScript. \n

• Experience delivering solutions through Agile methods and supporting production operations., * Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure architecture, AWS architecture, or OutSystems ODC. \n

• Experience with enterprise modernization and migration from legacy applications. \n

• Familiarity with hybrid-cloud or multi-cloud integration. \n

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. \n

• Own end-to-end solution architecture, from discovery and feasibility assessment through implementation, deployment, and production readiness. \n

• Translate business requirements into solution designs, integration specifications, data models, and deployment architectures. \n

• Evaluate when to use Power Apps, OutSystems, or custom cloud services, considering platform capabilities, licensing, operational costs, and maintainability. \n

• Define API and event-driven integration patterns connecting low-code applications, cloud services, enterprise systems, and external platforms. \n

• Establish non-functional requirements for availability, performance, security, disaster recovery, and monitoring. \n

• Define environment strategies, application lifecycle management, CI/CD pipelines, and release controls. \n

• Conduct architecture and design reviews, resolve technical risks, and guide teams through complex implementation challenges. \n

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to agree scope and communicate technical decisions. \n

• Mentor developers and technical leads, promoting reusable patterns and engineering standards. \n
