Requirements
- Overall Experience: Minimum 5+ years of total IT experience in software engineering and development.

Core Skill Alignment:
- Java Development: 3+ years of experience with Core Java and enterprise frameworks.
- Event Streaming: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
- NoSQL Database: 2+ years of hands-on experience with MongoDB.

- Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Disaster Recovery (DR) design.
- Architectural documentation using UML or standard design tools.
Methodologies: Strong operational background in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
