SAP TM consultant

o Lead solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for SAP TM. o Design and implement end-to-end transportation processes for: o Inbound logistics, supplier pickups, and transportation visibility. o Outbound shipping, distribution, and customer delivery processes. o Intercompany and stock transport order (STO) scenarios. Configure and optimize: o Freight Unit Building o Transportation Planning and Optimization o Carrier Selection and Tendering o Freight Order Management o Transportation Execution o Freight Settlement and Charge Management o Carrier Collaboration and Tracking Drive integration between SAP TM and SAP EWM, ensuring seamless warehouse and transportation execution processes. Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, APIs, and EDI integrations with carriers and logistics providers. Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and best practices.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA supply chain transformation program. This role requires deep SAP TM expertise across both inbound and outbound transportation processes, strong integration experience with SAP EWM, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and project teams in a complex global manufacturing environment., o 7+ years of SAP TM experience. o Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP TM implementations. o Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA TM configuration experience. o Deep expertise in: o Inbound transportation planning and execution o Outbound transportation planning and execution o Freight settlement and transportation charge management o Carrier tendering and collaboration o Transportation network and master data design Proven experience integrating SAP TM with SAP EWM, including warehouse execution and transportation execution processes. Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations. Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Skills (nice to have) o SAP TM certification. o Experience with SAP EWM, SAP GTS, and SAP Business Network for Logistics. o Experience with carrier integrations using EDI, APIs, and transportation visibility platforms. o Experience supporting global transportation operations across multiple regions. o Knowledge of semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing supply chains is highly desirable.

This role is ideal for a senior SAP TM consultant who can independently drive transportation solution design, bridge warehouse and transportation processes through TM-EWM integration and support a complex global supply chain transformation.
