Material Handler / Warehouse Worker (SAP)

We are seeking a Material Handler I to work in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control activities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail., Receive incoming materials using SAP and verify quantities, paperwork, and material condition.

Inspect incoming materials for damage and discrepancies.

Process materials for shipment to customers.

Pick and pull materials from inventory based on orders and internal requirements.

Stock and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.

Ensure materials are packaged correctly and securely for shipment.

Locate, count, and verify materials to support cycle counting and inventory control.

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks on a regular basis.

Scan materials and manually enter information into warehouse/ERP systems with a high degree of accuracy.

Follow warehouse processes, procedures, safety requirements, and inventory-control practices.

Work in different areas of the Materials department as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader or supervisor.

High School Diploma or GED.

Valid driver’s license.

2+ years of forklift and hand-truck operating experience.

2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or related experience.

1+ year of ERP experience.

2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

1+ year of SAP experience preferred.

Additional Requirements

2+ years of inventory control, loss prevention, or equivalent experience.

2+ years of shipping and receiving experience.

5+ years of Excel experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to read and understand warehouse processes and procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance.

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Demonstrated honesty and integrity.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and, holidays, as required.
