Job description

Als Senior IT System Engineer beweeg je je op het snijvlak van high-level projecten, architectuuradvies en complexe escalaties:
Projecten & Migraties: Zelfstandig ontwerpen, inrichten en opleveren van nieuwe klantomgevingen, cloud- en hybride transities (Microsoft 365, Azure), netwerkupgrades en migratietrajecten.
Architectuur & Trusted Advisor: Klantomgevingen proactief analyseren en KMO-ondernemers onderbouwd adviseren over security, continuïteit en performantie.
Deep Technical Work (L3): Oplossen van hardnekkige incidenten en fungeren als technisch escalatiepunt; je focust structureel op de root cause in plaats van workarounds.
Automatisatie & Standaardisatie: Repetitieve workflows automatiseren via PowerShell/scripting en de technische baseline van de organisatie mee uitbouwen.

Requirements

Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als System Engineer of Infrastructure Consultant; ervaring binnen een MSP of KMO-dienstverlener is een sterke troef.
Technische diepgang:
Microsoft-stack: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender.
Server & Virtualisatie: Windows Server, Active Directory, hybride omgevingen, Hyper-V en VMware.
Networking & Security: Firewalls (bijv. FortiGate), routing, switches, VPN en WiFi.
Cloud & Automation: Azure-architectuur en degelijke scriptingvaardigheden (PowerShell).
Mindset: Pragmatisch, analytisch en communicatief sterk; je kunt technische concepten helder vertalen naar zakelijke meerwaarde voor de klant.
