Global HRIS Specialist (Talent Solutions)

DEVELOPMENT OF PROCESSES & TOOLS

You’ll work with HR and IT teams to develop HR processes and solutions while working with modern technologies in a global and diverse environment.

SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT

You’ll become a trusted point of contact for our global HR community, helping colleagues get the most out of our talent systems and translating their needs into solutions.

Following implementation, you’ll share your knowledge and deliver training sessions when needed.

• 2-3 years of experience working with HR processes and HR technology projects in an international environment
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, IT or equivalent work experience
• Good understanding of talent-related HR processes
• AI project exposure is considered a plus
• Fluent English (spoken and written), German is beneficial
• Energized by working with different teams on several topics in parallel with multiple timelines
• Strong in communication and building relationships across HR and other Red Bull departments from entry to management level
• Easily adapts to new requirements and brings a curious, solution-oriented mindset
• Travel: 0-10 %
