Network Technical Lead

• As a Network Technical Lead within the Digital Solutions Chapter of Post Market Quality (PMQ), you will lead the technical community responsible for a portfolio of Roche’s Digital Solutions, ensuring we continue to deliver the highest standards of quality, reliability, and patient safety after our products reach the market.
• You provide technical leadership for the investigation and resolution of the most complex customer complaints, product quality issues, and patient allegations across Roche’s Digital Solutions portfolio.
• You coordinate cross-functional investigations involving software engineers, product teams, quality experts, and global affiliates to ensure timely, evidence-based root cause analysis.
• You enable teams to make sound technical decisions while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• You identify trends emerging from field experience and customer feedback, driving proactive improvements that enhance product quality, reliability, and patient safety.
• You partner closely with Engineers and Sub Chapter leads to continuously improve engineering practices, investigation approaches, and way of working across the Digital Solutions Chapter., + Onsite
