Oracle Integration Cloud Lead

• Define the end-to-end integration architecture for Oracle SaaS and on-premise systems
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, REST/SOAP APIs, B2B/EDI, and other tools
• Collaborate with functional leads, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to identify integration needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Establish integration standards, patterns, and best practices across the program
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and data governance standards
• Lead integration workstreams and manage offshore and onshore development teams
• Conduct code reviews, solution walkthroughs, and quality assurance of integration components
• Work with Oracle and third-party vendors on solution alignment and escalations

Were seeking an Oracle Integration Cloud Lead to define and deliver the integration strategy and architecture for Oracle Cloud applications, including ERP and SCM, and other enterprise systems. The role supports seamless data and process flows across heterogeneous systems. • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including Application Integration, Process Automation (Visual Builder and PCS), B2B, file transfers, and adapters such as ERP, SCM, FTP, REST, and SOAP
• Experience with API management, microservices architecture, and cloud-native patterns
• Proficiency in middleware platforms such as Oracle SOA Suite, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi; MuleSoft and Dell Boomi are preferred but not mandatory
• Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS data structures, business processes, and events
• Experience with integration testing, performance tuning, and error handling
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, DevOps pipelines, and integration lifecycle management
• Experience working in large transformation programs using Agile or Hybrid delivery models
• Oracle Cloud certifications, such as OIC or ERP Integration Specialist, are desirable
• TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification is desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members
