SC Cleared Azure DevOps Engineer - AKS

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to validate, test, and deploy Terraform code
• Deploy and configure dedicated AKS clusters and associated Azure infrastructure within an existing Azure Landing Zone
• Implement automated validation, security checks, and approval stages within deployment pipelines
• Support the third-party application team with deployment requirements and platform configuration
• Troubleshoot Terraform, pipeline, Azure, and Kubernetes deployment issues
• Ensure deployments meet existing engineering, security, and governance standards

• Cloud, We are recruiting for a DevOps Engineer to support deployment of dedicated Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters in a large enterprise environment, supporting a third-party business application. This is an initial six-month contract, offering £490-£500 per day inside IR35, with hybrid working in Manchester or Blackpool. We are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, Azure Platform Engineer, or in a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with AKS and Kubernetes
• Practical experience deploying Azure infrastructure within an existing Azure Landing Zone
• Strong working knowledge of Terraform, including testing code and troubleshooting deployment issues
• Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using enterprise DevOps tooling
• Experience supporting large-scale Kubernetes deployments and troubleshooting cluster issues
• Active SC clearance is highly desirable
