Proarcai busca un Especialista de Atención al Cliente para acompañar al cliente durante todo el proceso de compra en su área de e-commerce. Reportando a la Dirección de e-Commerce, serás responsable de asesorar, gestionar pedidos y resolver incidencias.
Se valorará experiencia en SAP y plataformas Shopify/Magento. Se ofrece incorporación en un entorno sólido, con modelo híbrido de trabajo y flexibilidad horaria.
