Job description

We are seeking a highly specialized Full Stack Developer (Bigdata+Spark) who bridges the gap between modern full-stack application development and enterprise-scale Big Data processing.

  • In this highly visible technical leadership role, you will architect and build end-to-end solutions-from intuitive, high-performance web interfaces to the underlying distributed Apache Spark data pipelines that power them.
  • You will act as the principal technical authority for your domain, designing resilient APIs, optimizing complex Spark jobs, and ensuring that our applications can process and visualize massive volumes of financial data with minimal latency.

Job Duties

  • End-to-End Architecture: Design, build, and deploy scalable full-stack applications integrated directly with Hadoop/Big Data ecosystems.
  • Big Data Engineering: Architect and optimize robust data processing pipelines using Apache Spark (PySpark, Scala, or Java) to process, transform, and analyze terabytes of financial data.
  • Full Stack Development: Develop responsive, modern front-end user interfaces (using React, Angular, or similar frameworks) and scalable back-end microservices (Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python).
  • API & Microservices Design: Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs to bridge the gap between front-end web applications and the Big Data backend.
  • Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the entire stack, from UI rendering latency to Spark DAG optimization and memory management.
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Lead code reviews, establish enterprise CI/CD standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all application development and data processing strictly adheres to Client global data governance, security, and regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Must Have Skills/Attributes: Angular, Banking/Financial, Big Data, Java, Microservices, PySpark, Python, React.JS, Scala, Spark, Spring Boot Experience Desired: Software engineering experience full stack application development enterprise scale architecture (10+ yrs); Hands-on production experience with Apache Spark, Big Data processing, and performance optimization (5+ yrs); Experience building microservices, REST APIs, and deploying applications using CI/CD and containers (5+ yrs) Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree C2C is not available, * Bachelor’s Degree, * Experience: 10+ years of comprehensive software engineering experience, with a proven track record of operating at a senior/lead architectural level (financial services background preferred).

  • Big Data & Spark Mastery: 5+ years of hands-on, production-level experience with Apache Spark. Deep understanding of distributed processing, memory management, and cluster optimization.
  • Back-End Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in backend development (Java/Spring Boot, Python, or Scala) and microservices architecture.
  • Front-End Proficiency: Strong experience building modern, component-based UIs using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Database & SQL: Advanced SQL skills and extensive experience with massive relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL/Big Data stores (HBase, Cassandra, Hive).
  • DevOps & Deployment: Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)., * Experience with real-time streaming technologies (Apache Kafka, Spark Streaming).
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS EMR, GCP Dataproc).
  • Experience building data visualization dashboards directly integrated into custom web applications.
