Senior Product Lead - SaaS & Cloud Technologies

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for I2DS SaaS and cloud-based product offerings
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-impact product releases
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from clients, stakeholders, and market research
• Translate business needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, iteration, and sunset
• Monitor product performance metrics and use data-driven insights to guide product decisions
• Work closely with cloud architects and development teams to ensure technical feasibility of product features
• Serve as the primary product evangelist - presenting roadmaps, new features, and updates to clients and executives
• Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep products ahead of the curve
• Manage and mentor junior product managers and business analysts
• Ensure product compliance with industry standards including security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos in an Agile environment

The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver world-class cloud-based solutions to our manufacturing and life sciences clients., * 8+ years of product management experience with 3+ years in a senior or lead product role

• Strong expertise in SaaS product development and cloud platform technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise SaaS products
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API-driven products
• Experience working with manufacturing, industrial automation, or life sciences software is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-level stakeholders
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to gather requirements and build lasting relationships
• Experience with MES, ERP, or SCADA systems is a definite plus
• Familiarity with GAMP guidelines and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple product lines and priorities simultaneously
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
