Job description

Alira Health Boston, LLC seeks an Applied AI Consultant Engineer to join our hybrid Barcelona team. You will bridge technical development and client-facing strategy, building Python data pipelines and deploying LLM-powered agents in healthcare projects.

You’ll design AI-driven solutions, collaborate with senior consultants, and contribute to internal tooling and MCP-based workflows. 2-5 years in AI/data engineering or related consulting roles is preferred.
