Occasional travel to UK sites may be required.Key Responsibilities:Provide 3rd Line technical support to internal users via phone, Microsoft Teams and remote access.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and wider IT infrastructure.Support and administer Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.Carry out administration across Azure, including user management, access controls, Intune and Autopilot.Act as an escalation point for other members of the IT support team.Manage and resolve support tickets, ensuring issues are handled efficiently and users receive a high standard of service.Support infrastructure projects, system improvements and technology integration activities.Assist with IT integration work arising from business acquisitions.Help maintain secure and reliable systems, including network access, VPNs and DNS.Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the

organisation’s IT environment.Essential Skills & Experience:At least five years’ experience in IT support or infrastructure, ideally with exposure to 3rd Line responsibilities.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud administration.Good understanding of Microsoft 365, including Office applications, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Purview.Experience with user administration, access controls, Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.Understanding of network security, firewalls, VPNs and DNS management.Knowledge of Teams Telephony.Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider IT team.Desirable Experience:Cloud infrastructure and storage backups.Microsoft Defender and wider IT security tools.Working with external Managed Service Providers (MSPs).PowerShell scripting or other automation tools.UniFi networking hardware.On-premises NAS and storage solutions.Experience supporting infrastructure integration or migration projects.If you like the sound of the role, pleaase apply or email me directly - #####
