Lead Full Stack Developer (Java, Spring Boot, MuleSoft)

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer Full Stack to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications built on Java and Spring Boot, with strong API-led integration using MuleSoft. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership guiding a team of developers, enforcing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions., “ Lead end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring adherence to architecture, design, and coding standards. “ Design and develop scalable back-end services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture. “ Architect and implement API-led integration solutions leveraging MuleSoft (Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, DataWeave). “ Provide hands-on development support and technical direction throughout the software development lifecycle. “ Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. “ Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices. “ Troubleshoot complex technical issues, resolve roadblocks, and provide innovative solutions.

Experience 8 years (with at least 4 years in a technical lead role), “ Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful API development. “ Hands-on experience designing and building integrations using MuleSoft (Mule 4, DataWeave 2.0, API-led connectivity, connectors). “ Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API gateways, and event-driven design. “ Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query optimization. “ Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and DevOps practices. “ Proven leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Education Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
