Full Stack Developer (Front End Focused)

• Identify business requirements and translate them into delivered technical solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom code business solutions using approved software development tools.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, including the development and execution of test cases and scenarios.
• Partner with project teams to plan and coordinate software releases to testing and production environments.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation throughout the Systems Development Life-Cycle.
• Analyze, define, and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes, and system interfaces.
• Convert older language legacy solutions to modern languages.
• Build solutions from processes where no documentation exists.

User Interface/Experience (UI/UX), GitHub, Business Analysis, Business Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Needs Assessment, Requirements Management, Technical Delivery, Software Development, Programming Tools, Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.

Experience: A minimum of ten years of experience is required. This includes extensive experience in programming end-to-end custom-code solutions, converting legacy systems, and working in environments that are not completely isolated. Experience leading projects and collaborative work teams is also necessary.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in C#, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is required. Experience with application development platforms such as .Net, React, SQL, MongoDB, MuleSoft, and Azure Cloud is also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with the organization’s mainframe systems.
• Knowledge of Project Portfolio Management.
