Systems Analyst (Onsite)

• Follows through with the Director of Central IT and Department heads on the status of the software troubleshooting and customization.
• Provides an expert functional IT resource to end users on various Hospitality and business systems that include but are not limited to; IGT Advantage, Micros Opera, InfoGenesis, Spa Soft, etc.
• Updates the Director of Central IT and Helpdesk on the status of work orders, while at the same time providing a liaison between software vendors and the business.
• Coordinates the development and implementation of training programs to assist in on-going operations.
• Maximizes software performance by working with the Central IT Engineering Department to perform software maintenance on Windows 20xx/20xx servers.
• Provides excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.
• Must comply with all applicable ACCRM, ACPS and ACCC System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures, and all Tribal Regulations.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D with a preference for a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology.
• Must have knowledge of industry-related software, including InfoGenesis, OPERA, Berg Systems, Boom 4 Time, WSS Web Booking, HMS, IGT Advantage Patron Management, Crystal Reports, and EZ-Pay.
• Three or more years of experience working in a hospitality-related position is strongly preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills, good organizational skills as well as interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs, and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.

Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
