DevOps Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled DevOps Systems Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in streamlining our development and operations processes. In this role, you will manage and maintain our infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment pipelines, automating workflows, and enhancing system reliability. You will collaborate with both development and operations teams to implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, monitor system performance, and ensure the scalability and security of our systems. DEGREE (Focus)

Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data Science, ect., General comment on degrees: Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree. Some contracts give 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor’s Degree. Some contracts give 2 years experience credit for a Master’s Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit., * Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins)
• Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Expertise in Linux/Unix system administration, * Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Understanding of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, VPN)
• Proficiency with serverless architectures
• Experience with performance optimization and scaling
