Python Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Software Developer to join development team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who takes ownership of their work, delivers with diligence, and collaborates effectively across a distributed team. Beyond technical capability, we place a high value on integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic someone who understands their responsibilities and consistently follows through., Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and modern, responsive front-end applications. Build and manage data layers using relational and NoSQL databases. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and orchestration workflows. Collaborate with product, QA, and fellow developers throughout the software development lifecycle. Write clean, testable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability. Be available and responsive during Austin business hours to align with the broader team.

Python strong, hands-on development experience. Databases RDBMS (PostgreSQL) and/or MongoDB. Frontend proficiency in at least one popular framework: Svelte, Angular, React, or Next.js.CI/CD & DevOps Docker containerization and Kubernetes (k8s) orchestration.
