Founding Engineer

Join an early-stage AI company building infrastructure for businesses that coordinate AI agents and human teams. As a founding engineer, you will help shape and build the product from the ground up, working closely with users and shipping production features early., * Identify user needs and define product outcomes, then design, build, and ship solutions end to end.

• Build and improve a new AI platform, with responsibility for decisions across the product and engineering lifecycle.
• Ship code to production, monitor how it performs, and diagnose and fix issues based on real-world use.
• Use AI coding tools as a regular part of your development workflow.

• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• A track record of shipping a product to real users and explaining what broke and how you fixed it.
• Experience as an end-to-end product engineer who speaks with users, defines outcomes, and delivers working products.
• Heavy daily use of AI coding tools.
• Relevant background through early engineering work at a leading AI or high-growth startup, founding or technical leadership experience, production-grade systems work, or strong technical training.
• Willingness to relocate from Europe to San Francisco by January 2027.
