Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional IT/system administration or technical support experience * Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI * High School Diploma * Experience with Windows operating systems and Active Directory * Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity issues * Experience supporting user accounts, password resets, network drives, printers, and standard desktop applications * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree * Active IAT Level II certification * Experience with ServiceNow or another ITSM/ticketing platform * Experience supporting systems in a LAN/WAN environment * Familiarity with Linux operating systems JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is seeking a Top Secret Systems Administrator to support a federal program in Dahlgren, VA. This individual will provide hands-on technical and desktop support within a secure DoD environment, including troubleshooting Windows systems, Active Directory account support, hardware and peripheral issues, network connectivity, and ServiceNow ticket management. Candidates must have 2-3 years of professional IT experience, familiarity with DoD networking and security processes, and an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access.
