Job description
- Perform installation, integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of telecom network elements.
- Configure and validate IP/MPLS, Routing & Switching, Transport, and Core Network equipment.
- Support network deployments, upgrades, migrations, and acceptance testing.
- Execute integration activities according to customer and Nokia standards.
- Perform fault isolation, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with customer, project management, operations, and engineering teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, and test reports.
- Support software upgrades, patches, and network optimization activities.
Requirements
System Integration (SI), Willing to Travel, Commissioning, Network Administration/Management, IP (Internet Protocol), Network System Hardware, MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching), Network Routing, Network Switching, Network Support, * Strong knowledge of IP Networking (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, QoS).
- Experience with network integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Linux/Unix fundamentals.
- Understanding of telecom networks and service provider environments.
- Experience with routing, switching, and transport technologies.
- Ability to analyze logs, alarms, and network performance data.
- Good customer-facing and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Nokia equipment experience.
- LTE/4G/5G network knowledge.
- Nokia NetAct, AirScale, SR OS, or telecom OSS tools.
- Experience with automation/scripting (Python, Ansible).
- CCNA, CCNP, Nokia certifications.
