Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in hands-on Test Automation Architecture and enterprise-level automation solutions. \n

  • Proven expertise in designing scalable, modular, and reusable automation frameworks across UI, API, middleware, and backend services. \n

  • Strong experience in defining test strategies, shift-left testing, test pyramid implementation, and CI/CD integration. \n

  • Ability to lead framework development, perform code reviews, optimize automation solutions, and drive execution. \n

  • Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating with engineering, product, business, and executive stakeholders. \n
