Top Secret Information Assurance II (ISSO)

Insight Global is looking for a Cybersecurity/ISSO professional to support classified government systems. This person will be responsible for making sure IT systems stay secure and meet government cybersecurity requirements. They will use tools such as ACAS, Nessus, DISA STIGs, and eMASS to identify security issues, track vulnerabilities, and document compliance. They will also review security logs, manage user access, help resolve vulnerabilities, maintain security documentation, and work with system administrators, network teams, and government personnel to make sure systems remain secure and compliant.

3+ years of cybersecurity experience Experience working as an ISSO or ISSM on classified government systems Experience using cybersecurity tools like ACAS, Nessus, DISA STIGs, eMASS, ESS, and security audit tools Experience finding security vulnerabilities and documenting how they were fixed Experience making sure computer systems meet government cybersecurity requirements Experience reviewing security logs and system settings for potential security issues CGRC/CAP certification required Must have an IAM-I approved certification such as Security+ CE, CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, GSEC, or SSCP Must be able to complete DISA ACAS and eMASS training after starting Previous System Administrator or Network Operations experience Experience working with servers, networks, or other IT equipment Experience working in classified or Department of Defense environments Experience managing user access and security permissions Experience fixing vulnerabilities found through security scans Experience working directly with government customers on cybersecurity issues Experience with removable media, USB security, and data loss prevention
