Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with 10-15 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance enterprise applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud technologies, and distributed systems, along with proven technical leadership and problem-solving skills., * Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Lead technical design discussions and define scalable application architecture.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and distributed applications.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure coding standards.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application and database performance.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Implement secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant backend solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and Frontend teams.
- Support CI/CD, cloud deployments, and containerized applications.
- Core Java: Java 11/17+, OOP, Multithreading, Concurrency, Collections, Design Patterns.
- Spring Framework: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, Hibernate/JPA.
- Microservices: Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture.
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Cassandra.
- Messaging: Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
Requirements
- Frontend Knowledge: JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Security: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, AWS IAM, or Azure Entra ID.
- 10-15 years of overall software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot-based enterprise applications.
- Proven expertise in microservices and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience in system design, application scalability, and performance optimization.
- Strong technical leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor developers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
