TS/SCI Sr Software Engineer (C++/Python

Real-Time/RF Systems) - Mission Critical, * Design and develop high-performance, real-time software systems using C/C++ and Python

Build and maintain full-stack applications supporting mission workflows and data processing
Work on communications systems involving signal ingestion, processing, and distribution
Optimize systems for low-latency and high-throughput performance
Integrate software with RF-based or hardware-adjacent systems
Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and mission stakeholders in Agile environments
Support deployment, testing, and troubleshooting in classified environments

Requirements

Software Engineering, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Top Secret Clearance, Software Engineering, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Intelligence Community, Top Secret Clearance, Radio Frequency, Realtime Communications, High Throughput, We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (TS/SCI Cleared) with deep experience in real-time systems, communications, and RF-related applications to support a high-priority mission within the Intelligence Community.

This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives in low-latency, high-throughput environments and has experience building full-stack solutions that interface with complex hardware or signal-based systems., * Active TS/SCI clearance (or higher)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
20+ years of software engineering experience
Strong expertise in:
C/C++ (systems-level development)
Python (SWORD or similar mission frameworks)
Full-stack development
Experience with real-time or near real-time processing systems
Background in communications systems, * Experience with RF systems, signal processing, or SIGINT-related work
Familiarity with low-level system optimization and concurrency
Experience supporting IC or DoD mission environments
Exposure to distributed systems or modern containerized environments
