Principal Configuration and Data Management Lead

Leads configuration and data management processes for a defense engineering program in a classified environment. Develops procedures, guides cross-functional teams, oversees data integrity and accessibility, and supports hardware-software integration and tactical systems deployment. Requires U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance, with travel of 25% or more., * Develop configuration and data management processes aligned with customer requirements, corporate governance, industry standards, and best practices.

• Implement CM/DM procedures in a classified environment and train program team members.
• Provide direction to integrated product teams and guide engineering teams through hardware lifecycles.
• Prepare leadership presentations with findings and actionable recommendations.
• Manage data artifacts, procedures, and end-to-end data flows across design and development.
• Evaluate data management technologies and conduct routine data quality analysis to maintain accuracy and accessibility.
