CRM Project Manager

Lead project planning and execution for the Medical Information workstream.

• Coordinate across business stakeholders, technical teams, regional users, and vendors.
• Gather and document how CRM is currently used across different regions and user groups.
• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Track project activities and requirements in Jira.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project meetings, and stakeholder working sessions.
• Prepare status reports and communicate progress, risks, issues, and upcoming decisions.
• Support Salesforce implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and functionality rollouts.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, spreadsheets, and decision logs.

Drive accountability and ensure teams remain aligned on priorities and deadlines. Skills and Requirements Must Haves:

• Strong project management experience supporting large technology implementations or transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience managing a CRM Implementation.
• Life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Experience coordinating business teams, technical teams, end users, and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Jira for project tracking and delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, reporting, and communication skills.

• Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deliverables. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce or Veeva CRM.
• Experience supporting Medical Information or Medical Affairs teams.
• Experience with global CRM consolidation or transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Genesis.
