The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within the organization. This position focuses on managing and enhancing service delivery through innovative solutions, effective team leadership, and a commitment to meeting client SLAs. The Track Lead will empower teams, foster continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with organizational goals., 1. Optimize Operational Systems Using Windows Azure Paas And Azure Iaas To Enhance Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Improve Business Processes, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Planning.

1. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Consistently Meets Expectations, Utilizing Azure Kubernetes For Efficient Resource Management And Service Delivery.
2. Lead And Mentor Project Teams, Facilitating Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Expectations While Leveraging Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Tools Like Terraform For Deployment Automation And Consistency.
3. Drive Innovation By Identifying And Implementing New Process Improvements And Operational Strategies That Enhance Overall Organizational Efficiency And Effectiveness.
4. Provide Tailored Solutions Based On Customer Needs Within The Azure Environment, Ensuring That Outcomes Align With Business Objectives And Contribute To Measurable Success.

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Microsoft Windows Azure, DevOps, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Microsoft Windows Azure, DevOps, Team Lead/Manager, Service Delivery, 1. Proficient In Windows Azure Paas And Azure Iaas With A Strong Understanding Of Cloud Service Models.
