Software Engineer II

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Software Engineer II for a top medical technology client. This candidate will join a growing team supporting the development of an innovative digital diagnostics platform focused on AI-driven healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript, C#/.NET, and MSSQL while contributing across the full software development lifecycle. This engineer will play a key role in upcoming product releases, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and help deliver high-quality software in a regulated environment. • Design, develop, modify, and implement software applications
• Support and install software applications and operating systems
• Participate in software testing activities, including test reviews and analysis
• Assist with software certifications and release activities
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback
• Debug and resolve software issues
• Support upcoming software releases for the Bladder AI Genius Digital Diagnostics product
• Contribute to project planning and implementation activities
• Work under general supervision while managing assigned development tasks Compensation

$70/hr to $75/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Skills and Requirements - BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• 2-4+ years of full stack software engineering experience
• Strong React & TypeScript experience
• Strong C#/.NET experience
• MSSQL experience
• Experience developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software throughout the SDLC
• Familiarity with Visual Studio

• Experience using GitHub and JIRA Ability to work onsite in Marlborough, MA 4 days per week

• Medical device software experience
• Azure experience
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience
• Python
• PowerShell
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• CI/CD experience
