Technical Consultant (LabWare LIMS Configuration & Integration Specialist LabWare 8) - Thousand Oaks, CA 91320 (Onsite), We are looking for an experienced LabWare LIMS Configuration & Integration Specialist to support a LabWare 8 upgrade/implementation within a GMP laboratory environment. The role will focus on configuring raw material and commercial product workflows, master data, stability workflows, laboratory equipment, and instrument integrations., * Configure and support LabWare LIMS 8 workflows for raw materials and commercial products.

• Configure master data, specifications, test methods, sampling plans, and test workflows.
• Support commercial product and stability testing workflows.
• Configure and support laboratory equipment and instrument interfaces.
• Support integrations between LabWare and laboratory systems such as LabX and Empower.
• Troubleshoot LabWare configuration, workflow, and integration issues.
• Translate business, laboratory, quality, and regulatory requirements into LabWare configurations.
• Support LIMS validation, requirements traceability, documentation, and testing.
• Follow GMP, data integrity, change control, and validation requirements.
• Work closely with Quality, Validation, IT, Laboratory, and site teams.
• Support operational readiness and ensure configurations are suitable for use in a regulated GMP environment.

Technical Consulting, Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Labware, Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Labware, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Laboratory Equipment, Regulatory Requirements, Quality Assurance Methodology, Product Support, The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on LabWare configuration experience and the ability to translate laboratory, quality, and regulatory requirements into compliant LIMS solutions., * Strong hands-on experience configuring LabWare LIMS, preferably LabWare 8.

• Experience working with LabWare in a GMP pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical laboratory.

• Strong experience with: o Raw material testing o Commercial product testing o Stability workflows o Laboratory equipment workflows o Master data and specifications

• Experience translating laboratory/quality requirements into LIMS configurations.
• Experience supporting LIMS validation and requirements traceability.
• Experience with instrument/system integrations, such as LabWare with LabX or Empower.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LabWare upgrades or major LIMS implementations.
• Pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical GMP experience.
• Experience with inspection readiness and data integrity requirements.
• Experience supporting parsing scripts or instrument-interface development.
