Job description

  • Design and develop algorithms to enhance Search relevance and ranking
  • Run and analyze experiments accurately, monitoring performance post-release
  • Generate strategic insights through data analysis and experimental design
  • Build metrics and dashboards for tracking Search performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development
  • Prioritize data quality and promote data-driven decision making

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant Data Science experience
  • Experience with Search, recommendations, or information retrieval products
  • Curiosity for extracting insights to inform product strategies
  • Knowledge of ML models with practical application experience
  • Expertise in SQL and Python, with data science libraries familiarity
