We are seeking a Data Governance/Operating Model Lead to define and implement governance frameworks supporting a Microsoft Fabric environment. The role will work across business, technology, security, privacy, and operations teams to establish data ownership, access controls, data classification, lifecycle management, onboarding processes, and governance standards.
Requirements
- Data Governance and Data Management in cloud-based data platforms
- Data ownership, stewardship, classification, lineage, metadata, and access governance
- Data lifecycle, retention, and data-product concepts
- Governance for analytics, AI, and self-service reporting environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
- GDPR, data privacy, information security, and access control principles
