Job description
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and internal tooling.
- Build Back End services, APIs, and automation solutions using Python and FastAPI.
- Develop modern web applications using JavaScript and React.
- Design and optimise PostgreSQL databases.
- Deploy and support applications within AWS environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and integration issues.
- Apply secure software development best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with Python, including FastAPI.
- Strong JavaScript and React development experience.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience developing both Back End and Front End applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience working with REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, testing, and code quality.
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to Cyber Security environments.
- Understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure.
- Experience with Docker, ECS, or other container technologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and secure software development.
