Oracle Functional Lead-Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM - £700 per day

We are recruiting an experienced Oracle Functional Delivery Lead to support a major Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM transformation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Oracle professional to lead functional delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective, integrated Oracle solutions., * Lead functional delivery across Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM implementations.

• Oversee Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Finance and EPM workstreams.
• Manage functional design, configuration, integration and testing activities.
• Coordinate functional consultants, technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Lead workshops, resolve cross-functional dependencies and drive solution design.
• Oversee data migration, reporting, business readiness and deployment.
• Manage service transition, hypercare and ongoing application support.
• Ensure effective governance, risk management and delivery against programme milestones., This temporary contract is inside IR35 and will require working under the direction of the client delivery manager as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will follow established delivery processes and working practices.

• 7+ years’ Oracle ERP/EPM functional delivery experience, including 4+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Proven experience leading at least one full life cycle Oracle Fusion implementation or major rollout.
• Strong functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, O2C and P2P.
• Experience with Oracle EPM, including Planning, FCCS or ARCS.
• Strong knowledge of cross-system integrations and enterprise business processes.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover and production support.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and delivery leadership skills.

Oracle Fusion certifications would be advantageous.
