Lead Developer - Mulesoft

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in API-led connectivity, system integrations, application architecture, and team leadership. This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable and secure integration solutions., * Lead the design, development, and implementation of MuleSoft integration solutions.

• Architect and implement API-led connectivity using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Develop RESTful and SOAP APIs, integrations, and microservices.
• Design integrations between cloud and on-premises applications, databases, and third-party systems.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to MuleSoft developers and integration teams.
• Define integration standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning of MuleSoft applications.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

• 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience.
• Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, and CloudHub.
• Experience in API design, development, and management using REST and SOAP services.
• Proficient in DataWeave, Mule Flows, Connectors, and Integration Patterns.
• Strong knowledge of Java, XML, JSON, RAML, and API security standards.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Maven, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills., * MuleSoft Certified Developer and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
• Experience in event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
• Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with enterprise architecture and integration governance.

• Mentor and guide junior developers and integration engineers.
• Drive technical discussions, solution design reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and technical escalations.
