Requirements

Required: PEGA Certified Senior System Architect with 5+ years post-certification PEGA experience

Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
Minimum 7 years overall experience in object-oriented software development
Collaborate with IT Office (ITO) and business units to analyze, design, and implement technical solutions
Develop, modify, and unit test programs; write system requirements from business requirements
Build high-quality user experiences and implement complex case management requirements
Expertise in PEGA rules, procedures, case design, data modeling, automation, reporting, integration (SOAP, REST, DB, MQ, email), SSO security, architecture, administration, and security
Strong knowledge of WebSphere/WebLogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .NET, and databases (Oracle/DB2/MS SQL)
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Support large-scale, business-centric, process-based applications
