NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support for clients and resolve incidents to meet SLA targets.
You’ll work with Cisco/Juniper/Aruba tech, log actions, and update knowledge bases while coordinating with clients and teammates. The role is remote with global opportunities and a diverse team environment.
