  • Define and drive a DevSecOps strategy that delivers secure, automated CI/CD pipelines at scale
  • Build and evolve API platforms, from gateways to developer portals, so teams can connect, innovate, and grow faster
  • Embed security by design into every step of the development lifecycle
  • Set clear governance and standards for API lifecycle management, including versioning, throttling, and analytics
  • Accelerate adoption of infrastructure as code, containerization, and orchestration to create resilient platforms
  • Monitor performance and security, act fast on risks, and continuously improve
  • Lead cloud-native and microservices transformations that future-proof the platform landscape
  • Guide and inspire engineers and specialists. Your leadership builds a culture of automation, ownership, and innovation
  • Explore new tools, challenge the status quo, and strengthen platform capabilities

Requirements

Do you have experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC)?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * You bring a master’s degree in IT, Information Security, or a related field

  • You have 8+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or API management, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • You design and run CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or ArgoCD
  • You work fluently with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM, and apply GitOps and policy-as-code
  • You integrate security into development, from code scanning to container security and secrets management
  • You manage API platforms like Apigee, Kong, Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway, or MuleSoft
  • You understand API design, authentication (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS), and governance
  • You build in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and work with Docker, Kubernetes, and service meshes
  • You use observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic
  • You think strategically, act decisively, and communicate with impact across technical and business teams
  • Certifications like CKA, AWS DevOps Engineer, CISSP, or API platform certifications strengthen your profile
