Cloud Engineer

5+ years software engineering experience, including technical leadership (design ownership, mentoring, delivery accountability).

AWS expertise required, with deep hands-on experience in Networking, Compute, and Storage.

Terraform expertise required, including enterprise-scale module development and operations.

Python expertise required for platform automation and services.

Strong SDLC, CI/CD, security, resiliency, and operational stability experience in production environments.

Lead design and delivery of developer platform capabilities for AWS networking, EC2, and storage.

Build and maintain Terraform IaC (reusable modules, state/backends, CI/CD integration, environment promotion).

Develop platform automation and services in Python (provisioning workflows, validations, integrations with AWS APIs).

Implement secure-by-default patterns (least-privilege IAM, network segmentation, encryption/KMS, secure storage configurations).

Review code, debug complex issues, and improve reliability through automation and standardization.

Mentor engineers and collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams to deliver reusable platform patterns. Expert in in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure technology and design technique as well as experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructure for large-scale programs (e.g., Expert Engineers) starting to be firm-wide resources working on projects.
