Data Analyst I

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple operational and business systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, charts, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Perform routine data validation, quality checks, and data preparation activities.
• Support performance measurement and readiness reporting activities.
• Assist senior analysts and project leads in executing analytical tasks.
• Develop presentations and analytical products for stakeholders.
• Document findings, methodologies, and recommendations.

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED “SECRET” Federal or DoD security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree.
• THREE (3) or more years of related experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• Experience supporting government or defense clients.
• Knowledge of Navy logistics, maintenance, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with Databricks, Palantir Foundry, or cloud analytics tools.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform applications.
• Experience using Excel, SQL, and at least one visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
• Ability to interpret and communicate analytical findings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
