Job description
As the Software Integration Engineer, you’ll get to be responsible for the integration, test, deployment, and troubleshooting of various production-ready mission services deployed in an on-prem enclave and AWS Cloud environments.
Requirements
- Eight (8) years’ experience
- Bachelors in Computer Science or an additional 5 years’ experience
Required Skills
- Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools
- Experience developing Bash/Python scripts to automate manual processes
- Proficient performing Linux System Administration
- Experience installing, configuring, and sustaining COTS/GOTS/FOSS software in a Linux environment
- Foundational knowledge of DevOps Tooling (e.g., CI/CD, Git)
- Experience with Cloudera Hadoop ecosystem (NiFi, HDFS, Map/Reduce)
- Experience with installing, configuring, and sustaining multiple NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Accumulo
- Experience with IaC principles and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Salt, Puppet)
- Demonstrated experience using system monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus/Grafana)
Desired Skills
- Familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker, PodMan, containerd
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
- AWS Cloud experience
