Development Team Lead

We are seeking a Development Lead to provide technical leadership for a growing software engineering team supporting strategic internal platforms and AI-enabled initiatives. This individual will serve as a hands-on technical leader, partnering with software engineers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to design, build, and support scalable enterprise applications., This role is ideal for a senior engineer or technical lead who enjoys a blend of architecture, development, mentoring, and delivery leadership.

• 8+ years of software engineering experience \n

• Prior experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or similar role \n

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern backend development frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask \n

• Experience building REST APIs and microservices architectures \n

• Experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript \n

• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases \n

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure \n

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies \n

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
